Taste and See Kitchen Ministry

Christians love to eat! We like to fulfill the Scripture about breaking bread and fellowshipping together as much as possible! In order to do that, someone has to provide the food for such gatherings. God has blessed Livingway with a wonderful ministry to do just that … the Taste And See Kitchen Ministry!

“And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.” Acts 2:42

This ministry allows men and women to work together to plan, set up, prepare and serve delicious, nutritious meals to the body of Christ here at Livingway.  We provide food for our monthly classes, special events such as seasonal banquets, conferences held at Livingway and our outreach programs as well.

“And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.” Mark 10:44

“O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.” Psalm 34:8

We are blessed with a wonderfully talented team in the Taste And See Kitchen Ministry.  But as Livingway continues to grow, we are going to need to add to our roster.  Perhaps you have always loved to cook! Or you enjoy planning meals. Or you want to follow the example set by Jesus … you want to show His people the love of God by serving them. This is a ministry where all of those desires can be fulfilled. And you will receive great joy knowing that you have pleased God.
